The promotions have been made across practice areas including capital markets, PE/VC, corporate and M&A, entertainment and sports, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, real estate and construction, life sciences and healthcare, energy and infrastructures, foreign investment and antitrust. They span our offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and New York.
Beijing Head Office
Mr. HU Yupeng (Yves) has a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws from China University of Political Science and Law. Yves joined JunHe in 2018 where he focuses on cross-border dispute prevention and resolutions. He assists clients with negotiation, ADR, litigation, and arbitration and has accumulated extensive professional experience in cross-border arbitration and court proceedings.
Ms. Song Yan received her Bachelor of Management and Master of Laws from China University of Political Science and Law and joined JunHe in 2018. She focuses her practice on dispute resolution and has extensive experience in the areas of real estate and construction, corporate equity disputes, financial disputes and perennial legal services for enterprises.
Mr. TIAN Ye (Tim) has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Laws from Peking University, a Bachelor of Laws from BPP University (UK) and a Master of Laws from University of Law (UK). He joined JunHe in 2017 and specializes in international infrastructure practice. He has extensive experience in related investment and financing, engineering and construction, and dispute resolution.
Mr. Yang Chen received his Bachelor of Laws from China University of Political Science and Law, and his Master of Laws from Universität Hamburg and joined JunHe in 2016. His practice is concentrated in the area of antitrust and security reviews of foreign investment, and he has extensive experience in merger control filings, antitrust compliance and investigations.
Shanghai Office
Mr. Chen Yuwei obtained a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws at East China University of Political Science and Law, as well as a Master of Laws at Fordham University. He has also studied at City University of Hong Kong. He joined JunHe in 2015 and specializes in dispute resolution. Mr. Chen has extensive experience in solving cases relating to financial disputes, cross-border/foreign related disputes and corporate disputes.
Mr. Lin Tao graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor of Laws and the University of Bristol with a Master of Laws. He joined JunHe in 2014 and has expertise in M&A, PE/VC investments and foreign direct investments.
Mr. Qian Yiqian graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Shanghai Maritime University with a Master of Laws and a Bachelor of Business Management. He joined JunHe in 2015 and focuses on domestic and overseas capital markets, M&A and restructuring, private equity and venture capital, and has extensive experience in TMT, biopharma and advanced manufacturing sectors.
Mr. Shen Cheng graduated from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics with a Master of Laws. He joined JunHe in 2014, and his practice includes litigation and arbitration, administrative investigation and regulatory compliance. Mr. Shen has extensive experience in complex domestic and foreign investment disputes, contract disputes, unfair competition cases, and regulatory compliance.
Mr. Shen Cheng graduated from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics with a Master of Laws. He joined JunHe in 2014, and his practice includes litigation and arbitration, administrative investigation and regulatory compliance. Mr. Shen has extensive experience in complex domestic and foreign investment disputes, contract disputes, unfair competition cases, and regulatory compliance.
Mr. Xu Shengao (Shaun) graduated from Fordham University with a Master of Laws. Mr. Xu joined JunHe in 2015 and specializes in capital markets, corporate and M&A and. Mr. Xu has extensive experience in a broad range of industries such as life sciences and healthcare, high-end intelligent household appliances, TMT and new energy. Mr. Xu has been admitted to the PRC Bar and the New York Bar.
Mr. Zhu Chong received his Bachelor of Laws from East China University of Political Science and Law, and his Master of Laws from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Mr. Zhu joined JunHe in 2019 and he has expertise in overseas share listing, the issuance of bonds and other financial instruments in overseas markets and private equity investment and finance in both domestic and overseas markets. He has extensive experience in the areas of telecommunications, information technology and Hi-Tech, industry and manufacturing.
Shenzhen Office
Ms. Chen Shanshan received her Bachelor of Laws from Shantou University and her Master of Laws from The University of Hong Kong. Ms. Chen joined JunHe in 2015 and focuses her practice on capital market and securities-related fields. She has extensive experience in domestic share listing, M&A and restructuring of listed companies, governance of listed companies, and securities compliance.
Guangzhou Office
Ms. Xiong Jingui (Alice) received her Bachelor of Laws from Shantou University and her Master of Common Law from The University of Hong Kong. Ms. Xiong joined JunHe in 2016 and focuses her practice on overseas capital markets. She has extensive experience in listings in Hong Kong, Singapore and the U.S., refinancing and privatization, as well as in the life sciences & health industry.
Hong Kong Office
Mr. XIE, Jiahao obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Hong Kong and his Juris Master from Tsinghua University. Ka Ho joined JunHe in 2010 and specializes in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate practice and fund formation. He is currently a practicing solicitor in Hong Kong.
New York Office
Mr. WANG, Qiang (Josh) received his Bachelor of Laws from Shanghai University and his Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis. He joined JunHe in 2017 and has worked in both our Shanghai and New York offices. With skills and experience in both the U.S. and Chinese jurisdictions, Josh specializes in leading large transactions and resolving complex cross-border issues.
