Beijing Head Office
Mr. Dong Zhe graduated from Sichuan University with a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws. He joined JunHe in 2015 and specializes in antitrust and foreign investment security reviews, and has extensive experience in merger control filings, antitrust investigations and compliance.
Ms. Li Meng graduated from China University of Political Science and Law and the University of Virginia School of Law, earning a Bachelor of Laws, a Master of Civil and Commercial Laws and a Master of Laws. She joined JunHe in 2014 and specializes in labor and employment law. Ms. Li has extensive experience in labor dispute resolution, daily employment law consultation and employee settlement projects.
Ms. Li Shengjie (Selina) obtained her Master of Laws at China University of Political Science and Law and before joining JunHe in 2014, she worked at a leading international law firm. Ms. Li specializes in M&As, foreign investment, outbound investment and general corporate matters, and is highly experienced in national security review and compliance area.
Mr. Liu Yunlong graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor of Economics, a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws. He joined JunHe in 2015 and specializes in corporate finance, VC/PE, domestic and overseas IPOs and refinancing. Mr. Liu has extensive experience in the fields of chip design, biomedicine and artificial intelligence.
Mr. Liu Zhen graduated from Shandong University, Renmin University of China and Georgetown University Law Center with a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws. He has been admitted to practice law in China and New York State, USA. Mr. Liu joined JunHe in 2016 and specializes in dispute resolution and compliance. He has experience in inbound and outbound civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, government regulatory compliance, compliance investigations, multilateral development bank compliance and construction projects.
Ms. Mai Zhengzheng received her Bachelor of Laws, Master of Laws and Bachelor of Psychology from the School of Law at China University of Political Science and Law. She joined JunHe in 2017 and focuses on commercial litigation and arbitration. Ms. Mai has extensive experience in resolving disputes related to trusts and other financial products, estate succession, investments, financing and valuation adjustment mechanisms, as well as disputes over shareholdings and the control of companies.
Ms. Wang Jiaying received her Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws from the School of Law at Jilin University. She joined JunHe in 2016 and focuses on bankruptcy, reorganization, winding up, general corporate matters and M&As. Ms. Wang has extensive experience in advising large companies, publicly traded companies and financial institutions on bankruptcy, reorganization and winding up, out of court debt restructuring and voluntary liquidation.
Mr. Zhang Chuanlei graduated from Renmin University of China with a Master of Laws and is currently undertaking doctorate studies at the University of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He joined JunHe in 2016 and specializes in intellectual property dispute resolution and non-litigation issues. Mr. Zhang has extensive experience in trademarks, copyright and competition law.
Ms. Zhang Jie (Shirley) graduated from Peking University, Sun Yat-sen University, and Hong Kong University with a Masters of Economic Law and a Masters of Common Law. She joined JunHe in 2019 and specializes in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. Ms. Zhang has extensive experience in corporate governance and equity disputes, investment and financing disputes and bankruptcy reorganization.
Mr. Zhang Yinsheng earned his Master of Laws from University of International Business and Economics. He joined JunHe in 2015 and specializes in capital markets and M&As. Mr. Zhang has extensive experience in A-share IPOs, M&As of listed companies, compliance for listed companies, and private equity and venture capital investments.
Shanghai Office
Mr. Chang Yuhao obtained his Bachelor of Laws at the East China University of Political Science and Law his Master of Laws at Fudan University. He has specialized in labor law since joining JunHe in 2016 and has a wealth of experience in managing labor and employment law matters. Mr. Chang is particularly skilled at handling complex labor disputes, with valuable expertise resolving a wide range of employee placement projects.
Ms. He Tong obtained her Bachelor of Laws from China University of Political Science and Law in 2013 and her Master of Laws from George Washington University in 2014. She joined JunHe in 2019 and specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity fund investment and foreign direct investment.
Ms. Huang Zunling graduated from Soochow University with a Bachelor of Science. She obtained her Master of Pharmacy from Fudan University and joined JunHe in 2012. Ms. Huang has extensive experience in patent due diligence, patent drafting and prosecution in biotechnology, pharmaceutical science and chemistry.
Mr. Huo Zulong graduated from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, with a Master of Laws and a Bachelor of Management (accounting). He joined JunHe in 2014 and specializes in civil litigation, commercial arbitration, and other dispute resolution services. Mr. Huo has experience in industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices and the A-share market.
Ms. Tao Yuan graduated from the University of International Relations with a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws (international law). After further study at Vanderbilt University Law School, she obtained a Master of Laws. She has been admitted to practice law in China and New York State, USA. Ms. Tao joined JunHe in 2015 and specializes in dispute resolution. She has extensive experience in trade, finance, insurance, corporate governance, construction projects and compliance.
Ms. Wang Juewei received her Bachelor of Laws from Fudan University, her Master of Laws from the Transnational Law and Business University and her Master of Laws from Cornell University. She joined JunHe in 2015 and specializes in capital markets, re-organization and PE&VC and has extensive experience in TMTs, biotechnology and education.
Guangzhou Office
Ms. Zhu Yuanyuan earned her Bachelor’s degree in English and Master of Laws from Jinan University and Sun Yat-sen University. She joined JunHe in 2015 and has extensive experience in capital markets, corporate and M&As, capital market regulation and compliance.
New York Office
Ms. Liu Yijing (Eloise) graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law and the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Laws and a Juris Doctor. She joined JunHe in 2016 and specializes in corporate M&As and equity investments. Ms. Liu has extensive experience in assisting Chinese companies in doing business and investing in the United States.
