Ms. Wang has represented well-known companies and financial institutions in Hong Kong and U.S. initial public offerings. She has also provided post-listing compliance advice for many Hong Kong and U.S. listed companies. These cover industries including technology, healthcare, biotechnology, consumer goods, education and real estate.
