Larry Zhou, based in the firm’s Shanghai office, has extensive experience advising multinational companies and Chinese firms on antitrust legal matters. His advice covers both daily compliance, internal health check and external investigations under antitrust laws and merger filings, foreign investment filings and multi‑jurisdictional filing analysis for high-profile cross‑border transactions.
