Luis Portela de Carvalho has been promoted to Co-Managing Partner of Lektou Portugal
Rodrigo Sá Pereira has been promoted to Senior Associate

Luís has been instrumental in shaping our Portuguese operations, combining strategic vision with the rare ability to keep things moving forward (even when some are still debating the finer points).
Rodrigo’s promotion reflects a quieter, but equally important trajectory – built on reliability, solid work, and a growing role within the team.
These promotions are not just milestones. They are part of a broader effort to strengthen our Portuguese team, in particular our Porto office, with leadership and continuity.
