Benjamin advises on complex commercial, financial and banking disputes, particularly those involving cross-border issues, as well as regulatory investigations and other contentious regulatory matters. His clients include global financial institutions, listed companies, multinational corporations, fund investors and trustees, senior executives, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
