International law firm Bird & Bird advised all shareholders of Sociabble, including founders Jean-Louis Bénard and Laurent Gauthier, as well as Ardian Growth, in connection with the sale of Sociabble to US-based group Poppulo.
Sociabble has developed a SaaS platform for targeted information distribution designed to drive employee engagement. Its solution integrates intranet, mobile-first communication, knowledge management, employee advocacy and advanced AI-powered features, enabling organisations to better connect and engage their teams.

This combination opens new growth prospects for both companies: together, Sociabble and Poppulo aim to reach, inform, engage and activate more than 50 million employees worldwide through an expanded AI-powered employee experience platform.
Bird & Bird advised on the transaction with a team comprising partner David Malcoiffe, senior associate Flavie Malval Le Roux and legal Counsel Alban Pontari for the corporate / M&A aspects; partner Etienne Guillou for the tax aspects; as well as Counsel Angélique Caret and associate Solène Allié for the employment law aspects.
