International law firm Bird & Bird boosts its Corporate practice with the appointment of venture capital and private equity expert Félicien Bardsley as a partner in its Paris office.
Félicien has over 12 years of experience advising on private equity (buy-out, venture capital, growth capital transactions) and M&A. He regularly advises emerging growth companies, as well as the private equity and industrial investors that finance them, mainly in the technology and life sciences sectors, on all stages of development, from inception to successive financing rounds until their sale or IPO. Félicien also advises European and US clients on a broad range of corporate law matters, including domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity deals, and management incentive schemes.
Félicien’s appointment is a key part of Bird & Bird’s strategy to continue to grow its Corporate practice in France through the development of a leading venture capital and private equity team, focusing on technology, life sciences and healthcare industries.
