Linklaters has advised VALOREM, an independent green energy operator, on the launch of Calypso, a strategic investment platform dedicated to renewable energies, in partnership with Banque des Territoires.
Banque des Territoires and VALOREM have signed a long-term partnership agreement to support VALOREM’s development. This agreement has led to the creation of the “Calypso” investment platform, with an initial target of 500 MW of solar and wind power plants by 2027 in France, representing annual production more than 1.1 TWh, equivalent to the consumption of a conurbation of more than 485,000 inhabitants (such as Strasbourg and its conurbation).
