Kirkland & Ellis provided legal counsel to CITIC Capital for the sale of its 20.32% stake in AsiaInfo Technologies Limited (HKSE: 1675) to AsiaInfo Security Technologies Co., Limited (688225.SH) for HK$1.46 billion. The transaction was inked on January 16, 2024, and completed on November 8, 2024.
