Linklaters advised the sole sponsor and underwriters on the global offering and listing of H-shares of Nsing Technologies Inc. on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX), raising approximately HK$1.026bn (approximately US$130m). Its A-shares have been listed on the ChiNext Market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange since April 2010.
