Alpha Partners, led by its Managing Partner, Mr. Akshat Pande and assisted by Richa Hingle Principal Associate and Anuja Khandelwal Associate, acted as counsels for Contlo for review, negotiation and finalisation of the transaction documents and advising Contlo on the legal issues including structuring of the transaction.
 
Contlo is an artificial intelligence powered customer data and marketing platform for ecommerce brands, previously funded by Better Capital with participation from Titan Capital and other angel investors. Contlo, launched by Ishaan Bhola and Mukunda NS, enables e-commerce stores to boost their sales, drive customer loyalty and retention using omnichannel customer engagement.
