CAM advised NDR InvIT Trust (“Trust”) and NDR Ware Housing Private Limited, being the sponsor oftheTrust,on the initial offer of units ofthe Trust, through a private placement, aggregating to Rs. 8,798.02 million (the “Offer”). The Offer comprised a fresh issue aggregating to Rs. 6,940.71 million and an offer for sale aggregating to Rs. 1,857.31 million by the selling unitholders.
