Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised SEDEMAC Mechatronics Private Limited (SEDEMAC) in relation to acquisition ofthe minority shareholding by XponentiaOpportunities Fund-II,A91 Emerging Fund II LLP, 360 One Special Opportunities Fund – Series 8 and 360 ONE Monopolistic Market Intermediaries Fund, from the existing shareholders of SEDEMAC.
SEDEMAC manufactures innovative and critical-to-the-application control products, incorporating fresh control technologies conceived and developed in-house, to leaders of large markets across the globe. CAM played a crucial role as the legal advisor to SEDEMAC, assisting with the overallstructuring of the transaction, undertaking a vendor due diligence on SEDEMAC, drafting & negotiating transaction documents, including various agreements, and smooth execution and closing of the transaction.
