The transaction involved the sale of 100% of the totalshare capital of JohnsonControls Hitachi Air Conditioning Holding (UK) Limited (JCH), a 60-40 joint venture with Hitachi Global Life Solutions, Inc., to Robert Bosch GmbH and the indirect acquisition of Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India Limited, a listed company in India.
