Bima brings almost 20 years of experience advising both international and domestic clients on high-profile M&A, complex joint ventures, structured foreign direct investments, and real estate transactions. His expertise covers the full spectrum of industrial, commercial, and residential property sectors, including townships, logistics, data centers, anchor leases, and the hotel industry. Bima has a proven track record of supporting businesses throughout the entire life cycle of real estate transactions, from investment structuring and land acquisition, to company setup, construction work, property management, and sale/lease.

He is a widely recognized lawyer, having achieved a Band 1 ranking for real estate in Indonesia in Chambers Asia Pacific since 2022, and being recognized as a leading individual in the 2021 and 2022 editions of The Legal 500 for real estate. Bima was named one of ‘Indonesia’s Future Legal Leaders’ by Asia Business Law Journal in 2023. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Atma Jaya Catholic University, South Jakarta, and is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).
