In July 2026, BZS (Beijing) Technology Development Co., Ltd (B.T.D., stock code 603082) successfully concluded its project of issuing shares and paying cash to acquire 100% equity of Suzhou Suike Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and raising supporting funds. This acquisition demonstrates the integration of the intelligent logistics equipment industry and serves as a model for industry chain integration in the sector.
B.T.D. is a listed company controlled by a central enterprise under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, with over fifty years of experience in intelligent logistics system integration. It is engaged primarily in the research, design, manufacturing and integration of intelligent logistics systems. As a global leader in chemical fiber filament packaging operations and glass fiber intelligent logistics systems, BZS Technology possesses core technologies such as digital twins and has won first and second prizes in the National Science and Technology Progress awards.
