A new management committee was elected at JunHe’s partners’ meeting on September 20, 2026. JunHe partner ZHOU, Hui (Nelson) was elected as the new chair of the management committee while HUA, Xiaojun (Warren), ZHAO, Xiyong (Sammuel), WANG, Zhao (George), ZHANG, Ping (Pete) and YU, Yongqiang (YY) were elected as committee members.
The composition of the new management committee perfectly embodies the ‘Way of the Gentlemen’—passing the torch and continuing JunHe’s legacy. Mr. HUA, Xiaojun (Warren) has served two consecutive terms as chair. Following JunHe’s established conventions, he did not seek re-election. At the partners’ meeting, he was elected as a member of the management committee and will continue to contribute to JunHe’s development.
The new management team centers on partners born in the 1970s, and combines vast experience with innovative vitality. Five of its members were re-elected to their positions and Mr. Zhou Hui was elected as the next chair. He has been a member of the management committee for many years and has been deeply involved in the firm’s governance. His election as chair reflects the stability of JunHe’s management team and he will inject strong momentum into JunHe’s steady development.
For 37 years, JunHe has remained steadfast in its pursuit of excellence. From a single office at its founding, the firm has grown into a global legal services network—a testament to the commitment, continuity, professionalism and responsibility of generations of JunHe people. The newly constituted management committee will advance this legacy and, together with all colleagues across the firm, uphold JunHe’s founding principles. The newly appointed committee will officially assume office on January 1, 2027, and serve a three-year term.
