We are thrilled to announce that Lektou Partners’ esteemed colleagues, 李煥江Lei Wun Kong, San Chi Chang, and Calvin Chui, have been successfully appointed to the new roster of arbitrators for the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA).
Established in 1983, SCIA holds a unique position as the first arbitration institution established after China’s reform and opening-up. It is also the pioneering arbitration body in the 𝗚𝘂𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗴-𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗼𝗻𝗴-𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗼 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗮𝘆 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮, playing a vital role in shaping the region’s legal landscape.
The new SCIA arbitrator roster will officially take effect today and our Partners looks forward to collaborating with SCIA to support the rule of law and foster innovation in arbitration across the Greater Bay Area.
