Linklaters has achieved Diversity Lab’s Mansfield Rule Certification Plus in the US for the second consecutive year and has attained Certification Plus in the UK in the first year of application.
The Mansfield Rule certification programme is designed to ensure all talent at participating law firms and legal departments have a fair and equal opportunity to advance into leadership. The certification framework is a science-backed and data-driven solution that helps boost inclusivity, access, and diversity in leadership at participating law firms.
Tom McGrath, US Global Practice Head, Antitrust Partner, and Executive Committee LGBTQIA+ Champion at Linklaters, commented:
“Achieving this important milestone is not merely the result of our policies and programmes, but a testament to the active participation and contributions of everyone involved in creating fairer systems and a more inclusive culture within our firm and beyond.”
Nik Kiri, Financial Regulation Partner and Global DEI Partner at Linklaters, said:
“Our certification is a reflection of the significant progress we have made in creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace. The data and processes associated with this certification will be a key part of the work we do to keep pushing forward and setting an example in the legal industry.”
