Linklaters Advises Carlyle On Majority Acquisition Of Seidor.
Linklaters provided counsel to Carlyle for the acquisition of a 60% majority stake in the Catalan technology consultancy firm, Seidor.
Carlyle’s investment in Seidor, pending regulatory and competition approvals, is poised to drive the company’s expansion. The strategic focus will be on Spain, the United States, Western Europe, the Nordic countries, as well as Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa.
This agreement carries significant weight for the technology and financial sectors, especially within the current M&A environment.
The Linklaters deal team consisted of Madrid and London-based lawyers, led by M&A/PE partner Esteban Arza, together with counsel Elena Rodríguez.
