Linklaters has acted as the Hong Kong and US counsel to the joint sponsors and underwriters on the global offering and listing of H shares of Sigenergy Technology Co., Ltd. (Sigenergy) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX), raising approximately HK$4.4bn. This marks the first IPO of an AI-optimised, five-in-one energy storage system solution provider, representing a notable milestone for the rapid-growing energy storage sector.
