Linklaters has advised Resi4Rent, the largest subscription-based apartment rental provider in Poland, on the acquisition of a plot of land on Horbaczewskiego Street in Wrocław. Following the acquisition, the site was developed into a residential complex, Wrocław Park Zachodni, offering 301 units.
The newly-opened complex marks Resi4Rent’s fifth project in Wrocław, strengthening its presence in the city where it has been active since 2019. Situated in the rapidly developing district of Popowice, Wrocław Park Zachodni offers modern living spaces ranging from 24 to 50 sqm. Tenants can choose from three types of units: ResiStudio, ResiComfort, and ResiFamily.
The Linklaters team was led by Tomasz Trystuła (managing associate), supported by Filip Witaszek (associate) and Joanna Roman (associate) from the Warsaw real estate practice.
