(Vista Argentina) of US$500 million 8.500% senior notes due 2033. The offering was announced on June 2, 2025, priced on June 4, 2025, and closed on June 10, 2025. The notes are expected to be listed on the Bolsa y Mercados Argentina S.A. (BYMA), and admitted for trading on BYMA and on A3 Mercados S.A.
