Azmi & Associates is pleased to announce the launch of our new office in Penang located in the heart of Georgetown, effective 1 April 2021.
The Firm’s Penang branch will complement our Kuala Lumpur HQ and Johor Bahru office in serving the growing demand for our legal services across Malaysia. With the expanding base of our clientele in the northern part of Peninsular Malaysia, this Penang branch will serve their needs, especially in the current times of Covid-induced restricted movement orders countrywide.
The Penang office will be spearheaded by our Partner, Zuhaidi Shahari (zuhaidi@azmilaw.com) and Associate, Fozi Addina (fozi.addina@azmilaw.com).
Zuhaidi Shahari is the Firm’s Partner in Projects Practice Group with 20 years of extensive experience in managing domestic and cross-border investments, as well as in the area of mergers & acquisitions, corporate advisory, real estate, construction, transactional matters, and has multiple professional accolades such as AsiaLaw Leading Lawyer and Asia-Pacific Legal 500 Recommended Lawyer.
Fozi Addina, a First Class LL.B (Hons) graduate, has been exposed to a broad spectrum of litigation practices as well as both local and international corporate/commercial matters.
