DivinaLaw Managing Partner Atty. Nilo T. Divina received the first legal excellence award given by the American Association of the Philippines (AAP) during the 74th Annual George Washington Charity Ball.
The Association recognized Atty. Divina’s leadership in the legal industry and the excellence of the firm which makes it one of the fastest growing law firms in the country.
AAP is known as the most prominent American non-government organization (NGO) and expat NGO in the Philippines. Its annual events are attended by the top officials of the US Embassy as well as other members of the international diplomatic community and other leaders.
This year’s honorees also include Ms. Zenaida Tantoco, chair and CEO of Rustan Group; Dr. Jim Sanchez, founder of Hospital on Wheels; Dr. Felipe Tolentino, founder of the Asian Eye Institute; Mr. Emmanuel G. Herbosa, President and CEO of the Development Bank of the Philippines; and Ms. Maoi Arroyo, founder of Ignite Impact Fund.
