DivinaLaw Senior Partner Atty. Danny E. Bunyi was recently invited by the Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) to be one of its speakers for its Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) series on Competition Law.
Atty. Bunyi shared strategies and techniques for effective compliance management in commercial agreements during his talk.
PCC recently launched its first MCLE program on competition law on November 20, 2024. The five-day Competition Law series is being held at the University of the Philippines -Bonifacio Global City (UP-BGC) Campus. This initiative is designed to enhance the expertise of lawyers in the emerging field of competition law.
