DivinaLaw Senior Partner Atty. Enrique V. Dela Cruz Jr. recently discussed the fundamentals of negotiation as part of a 3-day training, “Fundamental Course on Alternative Dispute Resolution” organized by the Office for Alternative Dispute Resolution (OADR), an attached agency of the Department of Justice (DOJ).
The first batch of the training is being held at the OADR Academy from April 26 to April 28, 2023.
The Fundamental Course on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is an introductory course on the ADR legal framework in the Philippines, fundamental concepts, and basic principles of the different ADR mechanisms. The course will also cover the current ADR practices in the judiciary and the private and public sectors.
DOJ Undersecretary Raul T. Vasquez and National Prosecution Service (NPS) Senior Deputy State Prosecutor Richard Anthony D. Fadullon graced the opening ceremony for the course.
Atty. Dela Cruz is the head of DivinaLaw’s arbitration practice group. Under his leadership, the Firm was recognized as Arbitration Law Firm of the Year in the 2022 Asian Legal Business (ALB) Philippine Law Awards.
