Through a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA), DivinaLaw and the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Pampanga Chapter are now official partners in delivering Dulog Legal to communities across Pampanga.
The agreement was signed by Atty. Nilo T. Divina, Managing Partner of DivinaLaw, and Atty. Catherine C. Mesuelo, President of the IBP Pampanga Chapter. Joining them at the signing ceremony were Atty. Mary Jude C. Marvel, Partner and Dulog Legal–Pro Bono Services Lead, along with members of both DivinaLaw and IBP Pampanga.
From DivinaLaw, participants included Senior Associates Atty. Bianca Isabel D. Soriano, Atty. Julie Ann C. Manguiat, and Atty. Maria Carissa C. Guinto, as well as Associates Atty. Jamille Justine P. Santos, Atty. Miguel Lorenzo U. Noel, and Atty. Reem D. Prudencio. Representing IBP Pampanga were Atty. Peter Paul S. Maglalang, Former Governor of IBP Central Luzon and current Chair of the Committee on Illegal Practice of Law/Fake Notaries; Atty. Jeda A. Daño, Chapter Director; and Atty. Nicole Roland Q. Enriquez, Legal Aid Director.
Dulog Legal is DivinaLaw’s primary pro bono initiative, designed to bring accessible and community-based legal services to Filipinos in need. Under this program, the firm partners with local institutions such as schools, jails, and community organizations to ensure that legal aid reaches sectors where it is needed most.
This formal collaboration reaffirms both organizations’ shared commitment to advancing equal access to justice and empowering communities through free legal assistance.
