Department of Education Secretary Hon. Juan Edgardo “Sonny” Angara was the keynote speaker.
Sec. Angara participated in the panel discussion along with Mr. Elvin Ivan Uy (Executive Director, Philippine Business for Social Progress), Dr. Chito Salazar (President, Philippine Business for Education), and Ms. Angela Chen (Vice President, Wadhwani Foundation). Mr. Andrew Masigan, a columnist with leading newspapers Philippine Star and Business World, moderated the panel discussion.
