DivinaLaw Shares Expertise on Alternative Dispute Resolution
DivinaLaw Senior Associate Atty. Terence Mark Arthur S. Ferrer was a resource person in the ‘Course on ADR Mechanisms under the Katarungang Pambarangay (KP) Law’ held from March 14 to 16 in Navotas City.
The program, organized by the Office for Alternative Dispute Resolution (OADR), is designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of barangay officials and members of the Lupong Tagapamayapa of local government units, particularly on the alternative dispute resolution mechanisms under the KP Law.
Speaking on the last day of the three-day event, Atty. Ferrer discussed Communication in Mediation, which covered the basic principles of communications applicable in the mediation process in the barangay.
