David Cameron Law Office (“DCLO”) is pleased to announce that John Lee has joined DCLO as a Registered Foreign Lawyer (England & Wales and California).
John brings over 25 years of international experience advising on complex financing and investment transactions across Asia. He previously spent more than two decades at A&O Shearman (formerly Allen & Overy) in Hong Kong, where he was a senior member of the international capital markets team.
Throughout his career, John has advised financial institutions, corporates and issuers on a broad range of cross-border financing matters, including debt and equity-linked transactions, structured financings and other sophisticated capital raising exercises involving Asian markets.
At DCLO, John will focus on finance-related corporate transactions, investment structures, banking matters and fund-related work, strengthening the firm’s ability to advise clients on financing strategy and execution in Hong Kong and across the region.
