On August 18, 2023, LNT & Partners proudly welcomed the delegation of over 40 legal experts from The Law Society of Singapore at LNT & Partners Hanoi, Pacific Place, Hanoi. The occasion marked a significant step forward in fostering collaboration between legal professionals from Vietnam and Singapore.
The event’s highlight was the Seminar on Infrastructure and Renewable Energy organized by LNT & Partners in discussion with The Law Society of Singapore and some industry experts. The Seminar drew considerable attention from executives representing various enterprises, which are valued clients of LNT & Partners.
Our Partner LE Net and Associate VU Thi Thinh presented and shared their perspectives on laws and policies for infrastructure and renewable energy investment in Vietnam. Legal practitioners, industry experts, and corporate leaders engaged in thought-provoking conversations, sharing insights on the opportunities and challenges in these sectors. Additionally, our Senior Associate NGO Thanh Hai gave an overview and preliminary provisions in the newly issued Decree regulating personal data protection in Vietnam.
