In order to promote the development of foreign-related legal services, the All China Lawyers Association and the Beijing Lawyers Association recently selected their top foreign-related legal cases of 2021. The All China Lawyers Association selected 90 cases out of the 354 cases submitted by 22 different provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and Excellent Cases Regarding Foreign-related Legal Services has now been officially published. The Beijing Lawyers Association has also compiled and published their Compilation of Excellent Cases Regarding Foreign-related Legal Services II (Beijing Lawyers Association). A total of seven JunHe cases have been selected as Excellent Cases Regarding Foreign-related Legal Services by the Beijing Lawyers Association and the National Lawyers Guild, covering a wide range of foreign-related legal services, including foreign acquisition, intellectual property, and capital markets.
