Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow, the Singapore member firm of Baker McKenzie, has provided advisory services to Jebsen & Jessen Group for its landmark acquisition of MSM Group, a prominent Mongolian conglomerate.
MSM Group boasts a diverse portfolio, covering sectors such as industrial equipment, chemicals, automotive, beverages, and the distribution of agricultural machinery. This transaction marks a pivotal moment in Jebsen & Jessen’s strategy to expand beyond its established presence in Southeast Asia, representing its inaugural entry into the Mongolian market.
