Singapore: Bird & Bird ATMD Guides OrangeKloud Tech Through NASDAQ Debut!
Bird & Bird ATMD successfully advised MSC Consulting (S) Pte. Ltd. as Singapore’s legal counsel for the IPO of its parent company, OrangeKloud Technology Inc., on the NASDAQ Capital Market.
OrangeKloud, a Singapore-based no-code Rapid Mobile Application Development Platform provider for enterprises, raised around US$15 million in its IPO. This was accomplished by issuing 2.75 million shares at US$4.75 each, and an additional 409,000 shares at US$0.001 each through the overallotment option.
The Bird & Bird ATMD team comprised corporate partner Marcus Chow and associate Eu Shae-Yenne.
