SyCipLaw Senior Partner Ricardo Ma. P.G. Ongkiko has been selected to serve on the World Services Group (WSG) Asia Pacific Regional Council for 2026-2027, representing the Philippines.
The Regional Council brings together leaders from WSG member firms across Asia Pacific to strengthen collaboration, provide regional perspectives to WSG leadership, and support the network’s continued growth.
Ricardo joins representatives from Australia, Mainland China, Japan, and Vietnam on the Council during the term:
- Daniel Jarrett, Atsumi & Sakai – Japan
- Jiawei (Michael) He, Han Kun – Mainland China
- Dzung Vu, YKVN – Vietnam
- Steven Wang, MinterEllison – Australia
Ricardo previously served as head of SyCipLaw’s Litigation Department for 14 years. A recognized arbitrator, he has extensive experience in international and domestic arbitration involving commercial and construction disputes.
