Soccerverse is backed by Square Enix and Hiro Capital following a multi-million fundraise in 2024.
Working alongside the founders and UK advisers, Appleby provided Cayman and BVI legal advice on the structuring and governance, virtual assets regulation, in-game tokens, consumer-facing terms, game publishing and more for the launch of the blockchain-based game.
