Our International Life Sciences Team were honoured to have been announced winners of five prestigious awards at the LMG Life Sciences Europe Awards Ceremony 2025 held in London on 5th June.
Bird & Bird took home the following awards which recognised their exceptional work in patent litigation, particularly in medical devices, and high-profile corporate transactions:
- Patent Litigation Firm of the Year: Medical Devices
- Patent Litigator of the Year: Medical Devices (Boris Kreye)
- Impact case: Becton Dickinson & Company acquisition of Edwards Lifesciences Critical Care product group
- Impact case: DMF Litigations
- Impact case: CureVac SE v BioNTech and Pfizer litigation
The Impact Case and Deal awards are particularly highly regarded as they look to recognise firms and in-house teams that have been involved in the more impactful case decisions and/or transactions within the life sciences industry from the previous calendar year.
