UK – Hill Dickinson Advises Ashtrom on £78m Office Acquisition in Leeds.
Hill Dickinson has advised Ashtrom Properties UK on its successful acquisition of Central Square in Leeds’ financial district.
The iconic Leeds office building has been acquired for £78 million, marking the largest office investment deal in Leeds in over five years. Alastair Moss of Hill Dickinson led the legal team advising Ashtrom. The team comprised legal experts from the firm, specialising in construction, tax, employment, finance, and planning.
Central Square offers 217,249 sq ft of Grade A office space spread across 11 upper floors, complemented by 13,126 sq ft of retail, restaurant, and leisure units on the ground floor. Esteemed tenants include Marks & Spencer, PwC, RSM UK Management, Freeths, GXO Logistics, Sky, Sanderson Weatherall, and BDO Services.
