UK – Hill Dickinson Advises Arden Fine Foods on Management Buyout to Drive Future Growth.
Commercial law firm Hill Dickinson, has advised the shareholders of Arden Fine Foods, a supplier of luxury biscuits and baked goods, on the acquisition of the business by its management team.
Arden’s, a Coventry-based company, has doubled its turnover to £40 million in recent years. Specializing in sweet and savoury biscuits as well as seasonal products, Arden’s collaborates with international food manufacturers to develop a diverse range of goods. The company supplies major UK retailers through its own brand, supplier brands, and private label channels.
The shareholders of Arden’s maintain a strong financial stake in the company, with the management buyout paving the way for further investment, ongoing growth, and the company’s continued development.
Corporate legal director Matt Smith and associate Alexandra Bloomer, based in Hill Dickinson’s Birmingham office, supported the vendors in the transaction.
