Leading commercial law firm Hill Dickinson has advised the shareholders of Blue Cube Travel Limited, Mel Phaure and Kenny Stirling, on its merger with Norad Travel Limited.
Blue Cube Travel is a London-based travel management company that specialises in providing award-winning personalised business travel management solutions. Both Blue Cube and Norad now sit under the Talma Travel Solutions umbrella, a group which, in recent years, has been on an acquisition journey, pursuing travel management company acquisitions with an emphasis on innovation.
Hill Dickinson’s Corporate team advised the shareholders of Blue Cube Travel on the deal, led by partner Jon Gillow, with legal director Jon Pearson-Basudev, associates James McCarthy and Philip Congdon and apprentice solicitor, Natasha Bradley.
Commenting on the deal, Jon Gillow said: “It was a pleasure to work with Blue Cube and its founders on this deal, with their standing as an innovative and dedicated team attracting the attention of a much larger group. We are delighted to have advised Mel and Kenny on the merger and to see Blue Cube embark on its next stage of growth, merging with both Norad and Talma. We wish all parties involved every success moving forward.”
Norad was previously acquired by Talma in 2022, with Talma now operating 15 offices worldwide, employing around 500 people and generating an annual turnover of approximately $700 million, with an expectation of further acquisitions in North America later this year.
