Konexo appoints Sophie Espinasse to lead new financial services training offering
New Head of Client Learning to help firms navigate growing regulatory landscape
Konexo has appointed Sophie Espinasse as Head of Client Learning, to lead its new financial services training offering.
In this role Sophie will create and lead training programmes for financial services clients in areas such as regulation, compliance and complex behavioural change initiatives. For example, helping clients embed the Consumer Duty by providing engaging and practical training for differing roles and responsibilities from the senior leadership team to customer-facing colleagues.
Sophie brings more than 30 years’ experience in learning and development to Konexo. Recently, she has spearheaded learning and assessment-related projects at specialist risk management and organisational change consultancy Enterprise Learning. Her recent work includes delivering training solutions to some of the UK’s largest and best-known financial services, insurance and motor brands
