Linklaters have advised, and continue to advise, the bank lender group to John Wood Group plc and its group (“Wood”) on an amendment and extension of their existing facilities and the provision of certain other support to Wood. This is in connection with a proposed acquisition of Wood by Sidara Limited, an entity controlled by Dar-Al Handasah Consultants Shair and Partners Holdings Limited.
