The Inner City Law Center appointed Crowell & Moring counsel Uri Niv to its Board of Directors. Inner City Law Center is a nonprofit poverty-law firm serving the poorest and most vulnerable residents of Los Angeles. As part of their mission, they work to “ensure that people experiencing homelessness and working-poor families have access to decent, safe, and affordable housing.”
Niv is a member of the Litigation Group, and has extensive trial, arbitration, and mediation experience. He has represented diverse clients in all stages of litigation, recently securing a complete victory for a major defense contractor facing a multi-billion-dollar trade secret lawsuit. Niv also recently assisted his client in securing a multi-million-dollar settlement prior to litigation even commencing. Niv’s volunteer work focuses on access to housing and homelessness prevention.
