Skadden acted as U.S. legal counsel to the special committee of the board of directors of BlueCity Holdings Limited (China) (“BlueCity”), a world-leading online LGBTQ platform, on the acquisition by a buyer consortium of all of the outstanding ordinary shares of BlueCity.
