Skadden is pleased to welcome Steven J. Porzio to the firm as a partner in our Labor and Employment Law Group in New York.
Mr. Porzio focuses his practice on traditional labor matters, advising both unionized and non-unionized employers. He is a respected labor strategist and negotiator as well as an accomplished litigator. Mr. Porzio joins Skadden with extensive experience advising numerous employers in different fields, including health care, higher education, sports and entertainment, retail, real estate, and construction and manufacturing.

Prior to joining Skadden, Mr. Porzio was a partner at another global law firm, where he advised clients on a full range of labor relations matters, including frequently representing them before the National Labor Relations Board. Mr. Porzio received his J.D. cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law and his B.A. cum laude from Marist College. He is repeatedly recognized by The Legal 500 for his labor management relations work.
