Goo, managing partner of the firm’s Los Angeles office, has more than two decades of experience as a trial lawyer. She has tried numerous cases in federal and state courts across the country in the areas of complex commercial litigation, trademark infringement, unfair competition, trade secrets, false advertising, and consumer class action. Goo routinely litigates cases for technology companies, including disputes over development and supply agreements.
Romano, a member of the firm’s Management Board, is a litigation partner in the Los Angeles office. She defends companies against consumer class actions, litigating on behalf of health care companies, and representing companies in high stakes litigation matters. Romano represents clients as both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation. Her clients include major health plans, retail and consumer products companies, and professional services firms.
