The article discusses the EU’s 13th and 14th sanction packages introduced in the first half of 2024. These sanctions target entities in countries, including Kazakhstan, China, and India, which are involved in circumventing existing trade restrictions with Russia. The measures include enhanced export controls, asset freezes, travel bans, and prohibitions on business transactions with listed entities to prevent the flow of dual-use goods and technologies to Russia.
