The government has proclaimed that the amended definition of ‘PPS Lease’ in section 13 of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth), as discussed in our previous article, will commence on 1 October 2015.
The Government’s proclamation means that rules relating to a lease or bailment of serial numbered goods entered into on and after 1 October 2015 will change as discussed in the linked article.
